Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation is prohibited.

4. User-generated content

Users retain ownership of their content published on SetupRank. By publishing content, the user grants Drylead a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute and promote this content as part of the service. Drylead reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate, offensive or contrary to the terms of use.

5. Limitation of liability

Drylead strives to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information published on SetupRank. However, Drylead cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information and disclaims any liability for errors, omissions or results obtained from the use of this information.

As part of using SetupRank, we collect the following data:

• Registration data: username, email address, password (hashed).

• Profile data: profile picture, biography (optional).

• Published content: setup photos, descriptions, comments, ratings.

• Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, app version.

• Third-party authentication data: Google or Apple identifier (if using OAuth login).

• Create and manage your user account.

• Enable publishing and interaction with content.
